comment enlever un virus ? Résolu

Bonjour,
quand j'ouvre internet explorer, la page de google s'affiche et avast me détecte un virus et une autre page s'ouvre mais blanche et d'autre fois avec le lien suivant :

j'ai fait une analyse avec avst pas de virus détecté, et pourtant à chaque fois que j'ouvre internet explorer, il y avast qui détecte un virus...
comment faire pour enlever ce virus ?

Slt,


scan avec malwarebyte , fais un scan minutieux et colle le rapport obtenu et vire ce qui est trouvé:

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Merci pour ces precieux conseils! J'ai fait le scan malwarebytes et il n'a rien trouvé. Par miracle plus rien ne s'ouvre. Un ami a regardé pour moi, il a manifestement réglé le problème... J'espère en tout cas! Merci à toi quoi qu'il en soit! bonne soirée ;-)

peux-tu à nouveau m'aider carà nouveau ce matin lors de l'ouverture d'internet explorer, avast à détecté un virus et c'est toujours le même lien qui s'ouvre avec une autre page ..

rebonjour
je suis vraiment désolé pour conmbofix..
j'enregiste usb fix sur le bureau mais une fois que le télécharment est terminé, je ferme ma connection internet c'est bien ça il y a 3 fenêtre exécuter ouvrir le dossier et fermer donc je ferme ma connection et je clique sur quoi ?
je préfère demander que de mal faire..

Re,

Bon c'est pas grav pour ComboFix mais ne l'utilise plus jamais tout seul!!

Quand tu télécharge USBFix, tu fais enregistrer sur le bureau. 
Ensuite :
->tu te déconnecte d'internet, 
->tu fermes tes programmes en cours, 
->tu double click sur le fichier que tu as téléchargé, 
->tu suis l'installation normalement
->une fois l'instal finie, tu branches tous les disques externes et usb que tu peux sur ton pc Ne les ouvres pas!!
->ensuite tu double click sur le racourci usbfix présent sur ton bureau (il a été crée pendant l'instal)
->dans la fenetre usbfix (style dos) tu choisi la langue F pour francais 
->ensuite tu choisis l'option 1
->poste le rapport usbfix sauvegardé dans C:\UsbFix.txt 

Tu peux imprimer ces instructions si tu as peur de faire une bétise!!

Télécharge et installe Ad-Aware ici: http://ftp01net.telechargement.fr/Ad-AwareAE.exe

Enregistre le sur ton bureau puis double click pour lancer l'installation,

Lance un scan avec et poste le rapport généré stp

Pour la suppression des outils on le fera plus tard, fais le scan avec Ad Aware comme demandé plus haut stp!

Comment va ton pc? Les pubs sont-elles tjs là?

bien pour l'instant quand je vais sur la page internet explorer et qu'elle s'ouvre sur google, tout est normal. pas de page blanche et pas d'avast en route pour bloquer un virus ou je ne sais quoi...

il y a une fenêtre qui s'est ouverte suite à l'enregistrement du rapport 

le titre c'est ThreatWork

là j'ai lancé la 2ème analyse d'ad-aware et ensuite je ferais celle avec mabam (malwarebytes c'est bien ça??)
faut-il que je te donne le rapport de la 2ème analyse d'ad-aware  s'il y a infection ? 

au fait j'ai fermé ThreatWork sans savoir s'il y aurait d'autres infections sur ad-aware, car qlorsque je ne  connais pas, je n'ouvre pas mais comme tu es pro j'ai préféré de demander avant...

si j'ai bien compris  après l'analyse d'ad-aware, je fais une analyse de MBAM je t'envoie le rapport et ensuite je dois éteindre mon ordi pour le redémarrer 
->après le "bip" de démarrage et avant le lancement de windows tapote la touche F8 de ton clavier 
->un écran apparait alors, avec les touches directionnelles vas sur "Mode sans éches" ou "Safe mode" 
->Valide ce choix avec la touche entrée 
->Lance MBAM en exam complet

C'est pas possible, tu dois mal faire la manip mais tant pis, c'est pas grave...

Lance ton pc en mode normal,
Lance MBAM
Met le à jour (onglet mise à jour)
Lance un examen complet
Choisis bien tous tes disques dur
Poste le rapport ainsi généré

En attendant, !!!SI ET SEULEMENT SI MBAM NE TROUVE RIEN ET QUE TU N'AS PLUS D'AUTRES PROBLEMES!!!:

Telecharge ToolsCleaner2 
	
--> http://pc-system.fr/ 

-Une fois téléchargé, installe-le et lance-le 
-Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer 
-Clique sur SUPPRESSION 
-Clique sur Quitter pour que le rapport puisse se créer 
-Poste moi le rapport se trouvant ici--> C:\TCleaner.txt

Télécharge la mise à jour d'IE 8.00 (cherche sur google) c'est très important

Ensuite, fais une purge de la restauration système comme suis:

*Désactive ta restauration : 
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/coche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK 
---> Redémarre ton PC ... 

*Réactive ta restauration : 
Clique droit sur poste de travail/propriétés/Restauration système/décoche la case désactiver la restauration, appliquer, OK 
--->Redémarre ton PC ... 

( Note : tu peux aussi y accéder via panneau de configuration->" système "->" restauration système " ).

je viens encore de réessayer, j'ai appelé un ami je fais comme il dit et c'est la même chose que toi et rien.. je suis obligé de partir...
je réessaierais plus tard et si je n'y arrive toujours ps, je referais un scan avec Malwarebytes'... et je ferais tout ce que tu as dit ... mais toutes ces manip ne se feront que peut-être demain ou après-demain...

je suis désolé j'ai encore esayé le mode sans échec et pour moi c'est un échec.. je n'y arrive toujour pas... mais je ne désespère pas...en début de semaine prochaine j'essaierais à nouveau... et si vraiement c'est un échec, je ferais ce que tu m'a dit de faire...
je t'enverrais les rapports...et je ferais toutes les manipulations que tu m'a donné.

ah au fait, ce matin j'ai rallumé mon ordi, et pas de souci... plus de page blanche internet qui s'ouvre et pas d'avast qui détecte quoi que ce soit...
j'ai à nouveau fait un scan avec ad-aware il m'a trouvé 16 cookies, ceux d'hier mais c'est tout et un scan de mbam pas d'infection...
en souhaitant que tout fonctionne correctement en attendant que je finisse toutes les manipulations...
