Gros souci a qui arivera a desinfecter mon pc

Bonjour,
Suite a de nombreux souci que je n'arrive pas a résoudre malheureusement!
Voici mon probleme
J'ai été infecte par un trojan downloader il me semble
Donc voici alors plusieur fichier inquitant dans c:windows/temp "cwrxooocpg.exe" et "server.exe" et deux fichier perflib_perfdata_26c.dat et perflib_perfdata_864.dat et une panoplie de fichier scs*.tmp
Que j'ai pu scanner sur "https://www.virustotal.com/gui/" bien sur en concluant trojan etc...
Aussi j'ai des redirection intempestive sur google ! Bizarrement j'ai noscript sur firefox et quand j'ai une redirection il me bloque le script. Par ailleurs j'ai réinstaller la nouvelle version internet explorer 8 avec la mise a jour Windows mais rien ni fait toujours pareil.

Par la suite j'ai essayer tout une panoplie de programme voisi la liste de ceux ne fonctionnant pas :
Bien sur programme dernière version et mis a jour ! etc...

Kapersky online scanner problème "licence périmé"
donc impossible de scanner !

Problème "Impossible d'installer se programme strategie de securite de programmes" J'ai essayer d'installer en mode sans echec probleme administrateur qui m'interdit d'installer le prog!

Avast Problème "la quarantaine ne fonctionne pas "

Et bien sur par la suite j'ai teste pas mal de prog sans vraiment d'intérêt après le scan
Malwarebyte, spybot, combofix, atf cleaner, avira, filealyz, hijackthis, regalyz, runalyz, ccleaner, sdfix, usbfix "j'ai eu une infection usb mais éradique" ,Findykill ,Hostxpert ,zeb-restore ,dr web et quelque autre que je ne me souviens plus ..

Donc voila je sais plus trop ou donner de la tète merci de rep !!

    après plusieurs redémarrage j'ai réussi a trouver quelque fichier infecte les voici:

    win32:haxdoor-ki "rtk" c:/windows/system32
    win32-walivun "trj" C:/windows/temp
    win32:haxdoor-ki "rtk" c:/windows/system32/drivers
    donc voila un peu plus d'information
