    ME TOO !

    exactly the same problem.

My outgoing calls always get a busy signal !!

    Full unbundling
I can be called without any issues, but I can't call.
I've already changed my phone, called the Free hotline (honestly....they're so useless...it's pathetic)
My phone is set to voice dialing.

    NOTHING WORKS !

Is there someone competent in the room??? because I’m lost

Listen, I had the same problem for months, it occurred when the payment for my Free bill was rejected, I paid a few days later and then I noticed this issue. And nothing worked, I switched to decimal/voice dialing x times in vain, it didn't change anything. And this week, I had another missed payment. I paid it, and since then my phone has been calling normally. I don't know how to explain it, but from my perspective, I would say that my service suspension due to the missed payment caused this bug, and it also fixed it. So if someone like me has had a billing issue before, I advise them to have another one.

Good evening, I have the same problem when I make a call, my phone sounds busy, I can't make any calls, and when I receive calls, my phone doesn't ring at all. I know there was a call because my phone shows a missed call; otherwise, everything works properly, internet, TV. This problem has persisted since I opened my subscription on October 26. At first, they transferred me from one service to another saying that the problem didn't come from them. It's now been two weeks that I have been bothering them every day. They have finally decided to change my Freebox, thinking that the problem might be with it, so we'll see. I've noticed that many people are having this problem.
