Bonjour,
j'ai un probleme avec ma barre de defilement sur internet explorer, lorsque que je clique sur l'ascenseur ca ne defile pas normalement mais par vagues ou ondulations!! j'ai demandé a des amis et ils m'ont dit que le probleme venait de ma carte graphique et qu'il fallait que j'installe les drivers lui correspondant. sauf que j'arrive pas a savoir laquelle j'ai donc impossible d'installer les drivers. j'ai meme utilisé everest mais j'y arrive pas!! Donc si l'un de vous pouvais m'aider se serai vraiment tres gentil!!!

    Pour savoir quelle carte graphique tu as il faut ouvrir le panneau de configuration et trouver le gestionnaire de périphérique, ou tu peux aussi suivre le conseil de pepito et faire la manip suivante :

    "clic-droit sur le "Poste de travail" puis choisir "Propriétés" onglet "Matériel" puis cliquer sur le bouton "Gestionnaire de périphériques" ".

    A ce moment une fenêtre s'ouvre : c'est le gestionnaire de périphérique. C'est dans le gestionnaire de périphérique que tu verras le nom et le modèle de ta carte graphique. Dans la partie droite de la fenetre il y a la liste de tous les types de périphériques connectés à ton ordinateur (sous XP), et normalement tu dois trouver une catégorie "carte graphique" avec un petit signe + à coté. clique dessus et ça affiche le modèle de ta carte graphique.
    Tant que tu y es, fais un clic-droit sur le nom de la carte graphique puis clique sur "mettre à jour le pilote". Windows va te demander si tu veux chercher le pilote sur Internet ou l'installer à partir d'un emplacement spécifique. Choisis Internet. 2 possibilités : il y a un pilote plus récent et il va s'installer automatiquement / tu as le pilote le plus récent auquel cas il faut que tu trouves le pilote correspondant au modèle de ta carte graphique sur Internet (site du constructeur en général).

    oui c'est l'ecran!!
    L'unite centrale c'est AMD Sempron du moins c'est ce que dit Everest!!!
    Et je suis aller dans gestionnaire des peripheriques et j'ai pas de points d'interrogations jaunes!!

    C'est clair y'a pas que la carte graphique, et VGA controller, c'est pas l'écran ??? Je suis pas convaincue que ce soit la carte graphique.

    Est-ce que tu as un truc qui s'appelle "graphic chipset" ou "graphic card" ou "graphic qque chose" ???
