When I want to uninstall Ad Aware, I get the following message:
"Could not open INSTALL.LOG file". I have the same problem uninstalling the software "My drivers". I previously uninstalled Spybot without any issues and rebooted.

I think I have a pretty simple solution:
move the install.log file (to a temporary folder, e.g.: c:\temp)
run unwise.exe
it will ask for the file: manually indicate the path.
the uninstallation proceeds normally.

Hello
For your issue of "could not open INSTALL.LOG file", go to the folder
C:\Program Files\"program name"
find the folder "could not open INSTALL.LOG file" and cut it, paste it onto your desktop.
After that, still in the folder
C:\Program Files\"program name"
click on "uninstall" and Windows will ask you to locate the folder in question, select the one you placed on your desktop.

Bonjour, je veux désinstaller un fichier de jeu Dream Day Wedding ; et on me dit "Could not open INSTALL.LOG", aidez-moi s'il vous plaît.
After scanning with Bitdefender and Avira on my computer, I am unable to launch my SAGEM ADSL modem from the icon on the desktop, but it's impossible. I tried to uninstall it so I could reinstall it manually, but that was impossible too. Then I tried to install Alcohol, but that didn't work either. I also tried to uninstall Polarid PDC 3030, but it was impossible. After uninstalling the antivirus programs and cleaning up with CCleaner and EasyClean, I finally uninstalled my modem. However, it still can't complete the installation. It asks for a restart to finish the installation, but every time I restart, I get the same message. What should I do? Without this, I cannot connect. Please help me.
Hello
I have the same problem with my belote game and after launching it, the message "access violation at address 0041CF58. Reading from address 0000001C" appears.
When I uninstall and reinstall the game, I get the message "could not open INSTALL.LOG file" in a window titled Wise Uninstall.
I just read a solution regarding INSTALL.LOG and I have not tried it yet.
I would like your help please.
Thank you

I have a problem with Call of Duty, it's always there and when I install it and launch the game, it says something like "could not open install.log" and it doesn't install. In the add/remove programs, the Call of Duty file is there, but I don't know how to remove it.
I'm waiting for a response, bye.
