Issue with the game beach life on vista

Hello,
I just bought the second-hand game Beach Life and I can't install it... I click on the auto-install but nothing happens, I go to the CD drive, click again and still nothing... Does the game work on Vista?? What should I do??

    beach life doesn't work with Vista
    Solution: Right-click on the installer .exe
    Properties
    Compatibility
    Check Run this program in compatibility mode for
    Choose Windows XP SP2 or Windows 98

    try installing another game to see if it's your CD drive that's the issue

    I already have the Zoo Tycoon game installed and it works very well, no problems, I don't understand.

    When I go to "Computer" to see the drive, it clearly says beach life and below it shows 0 bytes free out of 616 MB

    It's normal. It's because the game takes up all the space on the DVD-ROM (or CD-ROM).

    I can't find "l'instalateur.exe".

    XD you shouldn't find it when you insert the Beach Life CD-ROM, right click on its location (where you should launch the installation, so in Computer)

      On the game icon, I right-click then on properties but I don't see compatibility

    anyway, I'm in properties and there's no compatibility, just: general, material, sharing, personalized, and recording
