Baby music video on MTV

Hello,
I'm looking for a clip on MTV with a baby who sees monsters everywhere except for his mom who is nice to him....
He cries all the time and at the beginning he is in his crib, then at one point a police officer, who also has a horrible face, picks him up and returns him to his mother.
