Diamond for Dual 506 Platinum

Hello,
I want to change the diamond on my Dual 506 Belt Drive turntable. I don't know where to find one. After quite a bit of searching online on Pixmania, Fnac, and others, I still don't know which model to choose. The only reference on the diamond currently on this turntable is "145E," but I don't even know what brand it is. Does anyone have any information on this subject?

    Hello,
    I just got a Dual CS 506-2 direct drive turntable,
    after seeing the answers on this site I found the stylus but I'm unsure if I'm missing a component on the arm as my knowledge of turntables isn't very high. I've done a lot of research online but I'm unable to find answers to my questions. If you have a website where I can find all the components or technical specifications or even photos of the arm, that would be great.
