Bonjour à tous,
voila depuis quelques semaine j'ai un souci sur un de mes ordinateur portable.
En effet, j'ai un virus appelé ahnrpta qui ne veut partir, j'ai essayé de faire une restauration système mais même ce logiciel ne marche plus sur mon ordinateur, je n'ai pas le calendrier sur le coté droit de la fenêtre !
J'ai fait un hijack, pour le supprimer, mais impossible aussi, j'ai essayé de le faire "manuellement" ais impossible aussi, mon système ne veut pas que je le fasse !
Je vous mets une copie de mon log hijack afin de voir si l'un d'entre vous pourra m'aider. Merci d'avance.

télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe
double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

J'ai essayé hier et aujourd'hui mais la detection ne se lance pas, ca me met un message type : Veuillez patienter pendant que Genproc teste diverses infections. Ceci peut prendre de 30 secondes à 1 minutes 30.

[*] Télécharge combofix (sUBs) http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe sur ton Bureau
[*] Double clique combofix.exe et suis les instructions.
[*] Installe la console de récupération si proposé et continue.
[*] Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
[*] Double clique combofix.exe et suis les instructions.
[*] Installe la console de récupération si proposé et continue.
