No signal (orange LED) Ethernet port

Hello,
I just acquired a new Gigabyte M61PME S2P motherboard, and for this, I also bought a new SATA hard drive (the old one being IDE as well as the CD Rom drive, while the motherboard only has ONE IDE port)
At first, I had to run my old HDD in IDE without the CD ROM drive, and we had already encountered a similar problem... We tried connecting the HDD using an IDE controller on one of the PCI ports, and the internet therefore did not work. By removing this controller, MIRACLE, we had the internet back... But no CD drive...
But when I disconnected everything to make room for my new hard drive (which I had previously formatted on the PC from which I’m talking to you), I simply "lost" the internet again... In other words, the orange LED on the ethernet port (RJ...) flashes three times when I plug in a cable, but it immediately goes off and doesn’t turn on again...
I initially thought of a defect in the Ethernet port itself, but the green function LED (continuously lit as soon as I plug in the cable) and the orange LED flashing at first...
I also tried with another cable (the one connected to the PC I’m talking to you from, which works perfectly), but the same problem persists, with only one LED lit, and therefore no network communication.
I reformatted, reinstalled the drivers, removed components, leaving only one RAM stick, the HDD, and the processor, but nothing works...
HELP please!
Thank you
Is this a known issue with this motherboard? Could a driver be improperly installed, or too old?
