Hi, another quick message to find an expert who could tell me why my Jada 885 MP3 player works perfectly when it's connected to my PC but nothing happens when I unplug it. little info: I put 1 battery in it. thanks, see you later.

When you got your MP3, you must have received a CD, and in principle, there is software that you need to install that will allow you to format it. So format your MP3 with the software and try again.  Personally, I've had this problem before and it worked.   There you go.

Hello! I just bought an iPod a few months ago and so far everything has been fine until today. It won't turn on anymore and even if I charge it from a wall outlet or from the PC, the PC doesn't recognize it and it still doesn't turn on!! What should I do please?? :'(

To reset an iPod, you need to press the Menu and Select buttons (the button located in the center of the wheel) simultaneously until an apple appears on the screen.  - During resets, the iPod retains your music, data files, and personal preferences. The reset allows you to unfreeze the iPod (when it is on but stuck...).  - To restore the iPod to its original state, as it was when it came out of the box, you will need to use the iPod updater software, which you can find on Apple's website, to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the iPod's internal software.

Hello, I have a neo xeo mp3 and when I connect it to the PC everything works fine (the USB key function works well) but the thing is, when I unplug it and press the play button to turn it on, it doesn't really turn on; there's a light that turns on and then off, and then turns on again... etc. I hope someone can help me, thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a small square MP3 player that I can transfer music onto. There's a little LED that lights up to indicate that a transfer is taking place, but the other LED that indicates that the MP3 is powered on only stays lit when I plug it into USB.
