télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe

double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Poste un rapport Nod32 https://www.eset.com/ (il faut utiliser Internet Explorer)
- coche toutes les cases à chaque fois, et lorsque c'est terminé, colle le rapport :
C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt

j utilises internet explorer, mais quand j essaye de scan, il mouline pendant 3 minutes, ensuite il me mets terminé en bas de la page, mais la page est vide.
Quand je vais rechercher sur c:programm etc.... le dossier n existe meme pas....

j arrives pas a scaner
Dois je faire autre chose ?

cest a 33% actuellement là de scan.
il m'a trouver 6 fichiers infectés deja

Il faut faire quoi apres? CAr je dois bientot partir, peut etre que je peux reporter mon travail a plus si vous me dites ce qu'il faut faire par la suite.
Jen ai profiter pour telechager CCcleaner et jai nettoyer les fichiers, les applications et j'ai corriger les registres.
