Bonjour,
Mon problème c'est que je ne peux plus rien faire, j'arrive a allumer mon ordi, à aller sur internet mais au bout de 5 minutes il se bloque et ne se débloque plus. Je l'éteins manuellement et par la suite ne redémarre plus. Si jamais il redémarre, j'éssais de faire un scan antivirus, il se bloque. dès que j'ouvre un programme il se bloque et je ne peux plus rien faire. Y'a t'il une solution a mon problème? merci de votre aide.

Télécharge et installe UsbFix:

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .
# Choisir l'option 1 (Recherche)
# Laisse travailler l'outil.
# Ensuite poset le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.
# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. (C:\UsbFix.txt)

Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

ça ressemble à une infection virut mais je ne peux rien affirmer pour l'instant.
Si c'est le cas --> il faut faire vite
N'ouvre aucune application car si tu as Virut le virus va se propager de + en + vite.
Pour en être sûr:
▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT)
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
▶Enregistre le sur ton Bureau
▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour l’exécuter.
▶ Clique sur "continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
▶ Si l'outil HIjackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu n’auras qu’à accepter la licence.
▶ Une fois le scan terminé , 2 rapports vont apparaitre.
▶ Poste les dans ton prochain message
▶ Note : les rapports se trouvent aussi ici : ( log.txt & info.txt )

/!\Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours /!\
• Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'instalation par défaut .
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)
• Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]
▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )

• Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée]
• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

Voilà j'ai fais ce que tu m'as dit de faire mais c'est que effectivement, avec mon disque dur externe et ma clé usb, quand j'ai fais l'option 2, impossible de redémarrer l'ordi. J'ai donc débrancher les sources externes et ça a redémarrer direct. Je poste donc le rapport mais je ne suis pas certain qu'il ai pri en compte les sources externes car je les ai rebrancher après le démarrage de windows.

J'ai réessayé une 2ème fois même problème, ça doit bien venir d'une source externe mais usbfix ne peux pas faire de scan des sources externes car impossible de redémarrer avec. Que dois je faire svp?

L'option 2 je ne peux pas la faire, l'ordi ne redémarre pas avec les sources externes en marche. Que dois je faire?
Oui j'ai déjà essayer cette option mais impossible de redémarrer avant de pouvoir choisir de faire l'option mode sans échec. Dés que je branche les sources usb, ça ne veut plus rien faire.
