How to cancel an order on VistaPrint?

Hello,
I just placed an order with VistaPrint (without checking the site first and the unfortunate experiences of several customers!).

I ordered 250 cards and provided my credit card number to confirm the purchase.

Immediately after, VistaPrint offers me new deals valid for 10 minutes.
I click on a product to get details, and VistaPrint automatically adds it to my order without even confirming it!
And of course, it's impossible to cancel.

It's forced selling!!!

I strongly discourage VistaPrint because this site repeatedly tries to add items to the cart and pushes us into making mistakes.

How can I cancel the order (or at least have it corrected)?
(I sent an email to infovenlo@vistaprint.com and publicrelations@vistaprint.com) but some users pointed out that they received no response.

Thank you for your answers.

You should have a "contact" link at the bottom of the page

I had the same problem at the beginning of October.
I wanted to order 25 flyers, and at the moment of validating the order, I found myself with 100 flyers ordered. I immediately tried to contact them, but to no avail.
By email, the same.
I filed a payment dispute with PayPal
which let the payment go through.
I will file a complaint for forced sale
because Vistaprint does not want to cancel my order, or they eventually offered to let me keep my 25 flyers and give me a credit for my balance to be used for future purchases on their site.
I told them that I wanted my money back, but no way.
Do you have a solution?

All validations and errors are unforgivable at VISTAPRINT. You need to check 10 times before validating; otherwise, it's impossible to go back once the order is placed. VINIE, you must have made a mistake in the amount; this has happened to me too... I believe they state on their website that once validated, it is impossible to stop the printing process? If you are a French national, file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre France at http://www.europe-consommateurs.eu, there is also the same organization for Belgium.
