How to delete an order on amazon.fr

Hello,
I have a problem, I went on amazon.fr, I ordered a video game with gift vouchers, and by the time I placed the order, it was out of stock, so now I want to cancel this order but it says it can't find any pending orders! What should I do?
Please help me!!!

    Normally, if it says that there are no current orders, it means your order has not been validated either by you or by the website.

    Given your information, if there is a stock shortage, it seems logical that the order has not been validated.

    If you still have doubts, get in touch with Amazon.
