The ordered notice is perfectly usable and printable. The problem is the billing in US$, which along with the prohibitive exchange rates + your bank's fees for transactions outside the Euro zone makes the price skyrocket!! If, like me, they also make two identical charges in the same minute for a single order, it doubles the price. I requested a refund for the overcharged amount but I only recovered $25 instead of $32, which leaves me with a differential of 6 euros. They don't like it when we talk about scams regarding them, but if they do this for all customers... What can we think? So be careful!

I don't know if the notices are usable or not, I know that if the document is not available and you want them to look for it, the price is then exorbitant (€40) for example.
Moreover, if they don't find it, you find yourself held hostage: you cannot look elsewhere or abandon the search. If they find the document 6 months later, you are automatically charged for it even if, as time passes, it is no longer useful to you. Absurd! -
