random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

tu es passé a antivir?

les soucis persistent? ou pas ?

cela est apparu quand? as tu mis un nouveau logiciel? materiel???

J'ai installer anti-vir car je pensais que la cause venais de Mc Afee mais toujours pareil avec anti-vir . Non je n'ai pas installer de nouveau materiel ,mais par contre quand je vais sur iexplorer , dans le gestionnaire des tâches il y a plusieurs iexplorer est ce normal ?

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

Je n'ai toujours plus mon fond d'écran ? , J'ai passer ccleaner et un fichier revient a chaque fois , et que je ne peux pas supprimmer quand je scanne le registre. sinon sur mon bureau et apparu 1 icone iexplorer + 1 icone iexplorer raccourci , j'en avais qu'un avant .

Merci , pour le temps passé a me conseiller , mais maintenant comment puis je enlever tous ces petits logiciel que j'ai télécharger combo/rsit et les fichiers rapports .txt/.log. Faut il supprimer les sauvegardes de clés de ccleaner .
Pouvez vous m'éclairer sur ces composants a enlever.

J'ai télécharger toolscleaner et voici ce qui me marque :

Sinon pour la stabilité , j'ai toujours la mémoire physique a 50% et donc pc qui souffle beaucoup , avec 2go de ram c'est pas normal !!

Aprés toutes ces manipulations , voila que maitenant quand j'ouvre ma session il y a des écrans noir qui apparaissent par intermitence et sur la fenetre de session d'utilisateur elle est plus petite que d'habitude avec 8cm de marge noire + 3 cm en bas , je ne comprends plus ?

▶ Télécharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

• Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'instalation par défaut .

• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

• Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]

▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.
