Pouvez vous m'aidé mon pc est très très très lent la folie que faire pour amélioré ce problème étant donné pas très doué en pc

    Salut,

    réinstalle d'abord Hijackthis au bon endroit, ici: C:\Programme\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe

    On va d'abord désactiver ctfmon qui est un processus générique de Windows NT/2000/XP servant à gérer
    les entrées de saisie texte alternatives telles que les logiciels de reconnaissance de la voix (Speech recognition), les logiciels de reconnaissance d'écriture, les claviers braille ou toute alternative au clavier (donc pas franchement utile dans ton cas je pense...)

    Suis cette manip:

    Panneau de configuration / Options régionales et linguistiques / Langues/ Détails / Avancé / Coche la case "Arrêtez les services de texte avancés"

    Une fois que c'est fait relance Hijackthis en faisant Do a system scan only puis coche ces lignes (tu n'as pas d'infections depuis ce rapport donc on va essayer d'accélérer un peu l'ordi):

    clique ensuite sur Fix checked

    Ensuite pour voir de plus près si il y a des problèmes:

    ▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT)
    http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
    ▶Enregistre le sur ton Bureau
    ▶ Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour l’exécuter.

    ▶ Clique sur "continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.

    ▶ Si l'outil HIjackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu n’auras qu’à accepter la licence.

    ▶ Une fois le scan terminé , 2 rapports vont apparaitre.
    ▶ Poste les dans ton prochain message
    ▶ Note : les rapports se trouvent aussi ici : ( log.txt & info.txt )

          Il est impératif de désactiver le résident TeaTimer de Spybot pendant l'ensemble des manipulations qui vont suivre. Aide Tea-Timer : http://ww11.genproc.com/spybot/spybot.html

          Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" ; par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.

          # Etape 1/ Télécharge :

          - Haxfix http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/tools/haxfix.exe (Marckie) sur le Bureau. Double clique sur le fichier HaxFix.exe puis sélectionne 1. Make logfile, puis tape "Entrée" ; tape ensuite N pour valider le scan des principaux répertoires système et patiente. Un raport s'ouvrira: haxlog.txt ; poste son contenu maintenant, et passe à la suite sans attendre de validation

          Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; Choisis ta session courante *** GATEY Gérard *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).

          # Etape 2/

          Ouvre le dossier C:\ et double-clique sur HaxFix.exe (ou double-clique sur l'icone du bureau HaxFix). Ferme toutes les autres fenêtres, car Haxfix redémarerra le système. Sélectionne l'option 2. "Run auto fix" en tapant 2 puis "Entrée" ; si une infection est trouvée, tu auras un message demandant de fermer toutes les autres fenêtres ouvertes. Lorsque ce sera terminé, un rapport s'ouvrira : C:\haxfix.txt.

          # Etape 3/

          Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

          # Etape 4/

          Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :

          - Le contenu du rapport HaxFix.txt situé dans C:\ ;
          - Un nouveau rapport HijackThis http://forum.telecharger.01net.com/forum/high-tech/PRODUITS/Questions-techniques/hijackthis-version-install-sujet_199100_1.htm ;
          - Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;

          Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

                  > Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".

                  >Pour les autres paramètres, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.

                  > Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
                  > Clique sur Analyse (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
                  > Clique sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
                  > Clique une seconde fois sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage
                  > Fait de même pour le menu "Chercher des erreurs"

                      Ton log est propre.

                      Essaye de défragmenter tes Disques durs:

                      # Double clique sur Poste de travail

                      # Fais un clique droit sur le disque dur à défragmenter et sélectionnez Propriétés.

                      #Dans l'onglet Outils, clique sur Défragmenter maintenant.

                      # Sélectionne ton disque dur et clique sur :

                      * Analyser pour lancer l'analyse de ton disque dur. (Windows te dira s'il estime nécessaire que tu défragmentez ton disque dur)
                      * Défragmenter pour lancer la défragmentation

                            dans Démarrer >> Exécuter >> tape msconfig valide par Entrée et dans l'onglet Démarrage vire ce que tu ne veux pas au démarrage.

                            Sinon, ça peut provenir d'un problème matériel:
