Problème de Pub , Favorit ,firefox, Vista

Bonjour,
En vacance chez un ami me voila en train de l'aider a nettoyer son PC, en effet celui ci a depuis pas mal de temps des pages de pub avec "Nom du site -- Favorit". De plus Firefox refuse d'enregistrer des choses commes la page d'accueil et les autres options.
Ayant par le passé conseillé un amis avec l'utilisation de navilog1 je pensais suivre la même démarche, mais je me retrouve avec un "accès refusé" et "getpaths.exe a cessé de fonctionner" des le debut (juste apres le choix de la langue)
Ne pensant tout d'abors que les deux problèmes etaient différent j'ai réinstallé firefox, sans succès. je me tourne donc vers vous car je ne vois pas trop quoi faire.

Bonjour,
I)Telecharger random's system information tool: (RSIT)
Téléchargement de RSIT ici
1)Double cliquer sur l’icône RSIT.exe .
2)Cliquer sur "continue".
3)L’analyse terminée, deux fichiers s’ouvriront, poste moi les 2 rapports stp.
4)Si les 2 fichiers ne s’ouvrent pas, va dans C:\rsit , tu y trouvera les 2 fichiers info.txt et log.txt.-

Effectivement tu as beaucoup d'infections navipromo.(c'est ce qui te ramène les pubs)
I)Desactiver l'UAC:
1)Cliquer sur le menu démarrer puis sur Panneau de configuration >> Comptes d'utilisateurs >> comptes d'utilisateurs (une 2ème fois),.
2)clique sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs:
3)Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvre,Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur puis OK:
4)Une demande s'affiche si vous voulez redémarrer votre ordinateur, clique sur redémarrer maintenant.
II)Telecharger et enregistrer sur ton bureau Navilog:
Téléchargement de navilog
1)Double-cliquer sur le fichier Navilog1.exe , clique éxécuter >> suivant ...
2)Taper « F » pour Français.
3)Appuyer sur une touche jusqu'à arriver aux menu des options.
4)Choisir « option 1 » ( taper 1 ).Ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes.
5)Patienter jusqu’au message *** analyse terminée le…. , appuis sur une touche pour continuer.
6)Le bloc notes s’ouvre, un rapport est crée : fixnavi.txt dans C:\
le copier/coller dans la prochaine réponse.
Remarque:Si tu est sous vista et que tu as un problème pour lancer le logiciel, vista clique droit sur Navilog1.exe puis éxécuter en tant qu’administrateur

• Télécharge Ad-remover sur ton bureau :

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !
• Double clique sur "Ad-R.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'installation par défaut .
• Double-clique sur le raccourci Ad-remover qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
• Au menu principal choisis l'option "S" et tape sur [entrée] .
• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-scan.log )
Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Maintenant passons à ceci stp :
****************** NETTOYAGE *******************
• Relance Ad-remover,
• Au menu principal choisis l'option "L" et tape sur [entrée] .
• Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
( Le rapport est sauvegardé sous C:\Ad-report-clean.log )
Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

I)Télécharger Toolbar S&D :
Téléchargement Toolbar S&D
1)Double cliquer sur l’icône Toolbar.exe, le menu s’ouvre taper « f » puis entrée.(un message d’avertissement arrivera clique sur ok)
2)Choisit l’option 1 pour la recherche (taper 1)
3)Laisser chercher le logiciel….
4)A la fin de la recherche le bloc notes s’ouvrira, fait moi un copier-coller de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
(note :le rapport se trouve dans C:\TB.txt)
(Attention :Pour l’instant n’effectue pas l’option 2 avant que je te le dise)-

Apparement moins de problème de pub (si ce n'est plus du tout a voir) quand au parefeu antiV il tourne avec un Bitdefender Total (comme indiqué dans le rapport :p) pas du tout configuré, etant un noob sous vista je me risque pas trop, mais ca devrait aller mieux une fois que je serais passer par la.

Allez on continu on a déja avancer.
I)Nettoyage avec Toolbar S&D:
1)Relancer Toolbar.
2)Cette fois choisit l’option 2.(taper 2 )
3)Poste moi le rapport.
Il y a présence d'un rogues sur ton pc. Fais ceci :
I)Télécharger SmitFraudfix:
Télécharger le logicie lSmitFraudfix de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31 disponible ci dessous.
Téléchargement SmitFraudFix
1)Double-cliquez sur l'icône SmitFraudfix.exe
2)Au menu taper 1 puis valide par la touche entrée pour lancer la recherche.
3)Patienter(jusqu'à 20 minutes environ).
4)A la fin du scan , le bloc notes va s'ouvrir contenant un rapport copie et colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.

Demmarre le
Va dans registre (sa ressemble a un rubik's cube pété.)
Supprime tout >plusieurs foix< . Tu n'est obligé de sauvgarder les changements .
une fois que c'est fini , fait la meme chose dans nettoyeur en gardant les choses qui te sont utiles ou que tu veut garder
ensuite , télécharge spybot ici,
installe le
demmarre le
Fait une backup du registre
clique sur MAJ et choisis "safer-networking #1 europe . IL est important de toujours faire une maj pour que S&D puisse supprimer les nouveau spywares aussi.
puis fait un "scan".
supprime les problemes
fait maintenant une vactination (imunuize)
télécharge maintenant ad aware ici
installe le puis demmarre le . tu n'est pas oblig de mettre la real-time protection
fait un update puis fait un scan : full-scan
a la fin tu n'a plus q'a tout supprimer
refait un scan ad remover pour voir le developement .
a tu un antivirus et un part feu ? -

Merci servabat, je préfère pour le moment suivre "une" seule démarche meme si dans le cas précis ici j'ai deja avant de posté le problème fait un scan CC, et comme add aware et ad remove semble remplir la même fonction je tente , peu etre a tord, déviter les doublons peu utile.
Me restera que spybot a lancer au cas.
Sinon quelque chose de bizare impossible de faire retenir les préférence user a firefox, il me relance malgrès tout la page mysearch et continu de me DL les choses dans le mauvais repertoire. Tant que je le laisse ouvert il retient mes choix, a chaque fois que je referme toute les pages navigateur et en réouvre par la suite, rebelotte => my search :p
