Non-touch screen for LG KP501!!!

Hello everyone and thank you in advance for your help.

I bought an LG KP501 three days ago... and I can't move and arrange my gadgets in the main menu which is quite annoying because I currently have 5 gadgets out....

Have I blocked a function in the settings or is this a problem that has a solution?

    Hi Léonie, I had the same problem as you that's why I came across your topic while I was looking for an answer. Not getting anything online, I searched for myself on my kp500 and found it after three minutes, there’s a small padlock on the left when you open the "gadget drawer" on the desktop. Turn it green and it works!

    If you can no longer put them next to the gadget box, there's a little lock you need to touch to make it turn green, and then you can put them back in the box.

      I may have the solution. Go to your menu > settings > touch settings and perform screen calibration!!

      If it's neither that nor the lock, call customer service.

    Hi,

    The lock works really well, I was just about to propose the solution but I noticed that Léonie had already written the solution!!!
