aide desinfection Fermé

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps mon pc a quelques problemes, et ayant la soiree libre je me suis dis que j'allai en profiter pour y remedier, mais j'aurai besoin d'aide.
D'abord j'ai une infection detectée à chaque demarrage par avast: a.bat, comment en venir à bout?
Ensuite mes documents s'ouvre toujours au demarrage.
Aussi sur mon disque local j'ai des fichiers ms dos qui se créent quotidiennement, je les supprime de temps en temps mais ils reaparaissent à nouveaux, et il y en a un que j'arrive pas à supprimer et qui se nome internet explorer 
Enfin j'ai aussi un souci avec msn mais je suis sur une autre discussion avec Ezula qui a bien voulu m'aider pour y remedier
