Another Code R (Chapter 5 blocked)

Hello,
I'm stuck on chapter 5 in the bell tower... I have the keys, I've overlapped the photos of the paintings on the ground floor, and I've managed to set the keys correctly... My problem arises when it comes to turning them; I understand that I need to turn them the number of times indicated by the numbers on the dial (5-8-10), but I feel like I've tried all possible orders and I'm back to square one without success...

Can anyone help me?

    I'm glad I succeeded, but it's probably the most complex puzzle I've encountered so far!

    The answers are on the ground floor, you have a diary in a piece of furniture in a corner, you need to read it (especially the second page) it's very useful.
    After that, you have to take photos of two paintings (the blue one and the dial without hands) and overlay the two photos.
    On the dial, position the key logos, insert them in the order they appear on the dial (moon/sword/flower, I think).
    ...and you adjust the little gray thing in the middle to the 5, this should give you the correct numbers to turn the keys, if I remember correctly it's moon:1, sword:4 and flower:6).

      I put the 2 tables one on top of the other and the arrow on the 5.

      I have code 1 for the moon, 4 for the sword, and 6 for the rose.

      But it doesn't work.

    I can't open the electric curtain that has partially closed behind Sofia.
    I've searched Richard's office and the researchers' office.

      I found the mirror in the researchers' room which is before Richard's room.
      It is on the first desk on the right near the pencil box.

      Take the fishing rod to the researchers' office, place the mirror behind the curtain and use the fishing rod to move the mirror. Then you can use the NEK (I can't remember the name).

      For the riddle, take the book on the principal's desk. At the end of the book, you'll find 2 strange black and white images. Take photos of each of them. Then overlay them. Make them gently move to the right.
      You'll see, it's a three-letter code.

      Next, go to the sphere where the "2 lions" are (these 2 lions that are often mentioned throughout the story). You'll see, below the 2 lions you have letters that you can move.
      But to move them, you have to turn the lions in a certain direction.
      For each letter, there's a special direction for the lions. To know the letter and the direction of the lions, refer to the 2 overlaid images.

      I've made good progress. I had to go back to the father's office to look for something (but I won't tell you to not spoil the fun if you're not there yet). I need to use a code to combine my thing with something else.

      I'll do that tomorrow. I'm going to bed.

      Coucou, pour réparer les escaliers, il faut que tu prennes le marteau qui est dans la caisse à outils. La caisse à outils est dans l'armoire où tu as trouvé le livre. Puis, tu prends les clous qui sont sur la table. Voilà.
