40K Gladus - What is a "Chapter Tactic"?

In the game "Warhammer 40K - Gladuis - Relics Of War"

The mission tells me to "activate chapter tactic". There is no button anywhere with that name...

It's not a tech, it's not a building, it's not a unit ability... Is it a translation error?

    Yo,

    Actually, there is confusion between "tactics" and "doctrine" in the translation.

    Any of the doctrines that consume 10 turns (tactical, devastator, assault) is fine.
