SOLUTION TEST AND APPROVE:
01-Launch the game, do not click on "Resume Story".
02-Click on "Load Chapter" and choose level 14 at the bottom of the table.
03-Choose your difficulty, it doesn't matter which one. Then, click on "Continue".
04-Get through the mission as quickly as possible, no heists... No pauses.
05-Keep the car that Joe gives you. Or an identical car.
06-Go until the game prompts you to "Retrieve money".
08-At that point, you can rob stores or smash cars.
09-Stop as soon as the message "Repay Bruno" appears, get back on the road.
10-Accelerate, no more heists, no food breaks, no repairs, just go.
11-And if you've done all this right, the mission will pass without any problems.
PS: I restarted the mission 5 times before it passed, I searched for the solution. And it is very important to keep the same car, not to dawdle, not to rob except when told and not more than necessary and everything should go well. Otherwise, download a finished save and pick up where you left off. I encountered 3 different bugs on the same mission. I’m confident this time. A++
