Ordinateur ralenti, baisse terrible des perfo

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours mon ordinateur est ralenti. Plusieurs minutes pour démarrer windows, les programmes se lance à la vitesse de l'escargot, impossible d'écouter de la musique, ...

J'ai parcouru le forum et appliqué les conseils avant de me décider à écrire.

J'ai déjà fait : 
- analyse antivirus (2 fois) complète avec Avast
- analyse antivirus avec secuser en ligne
- analyse antivirus avec Kapersky en ligne
- analyse Spybot
- Ccleaner
- Glory utilities
- Regseeker

Je te conseille de vide ta ram pour sa supprime des logiciel et aussi essai d a acheter de la ram.

Rien sur hijack.
•  Télécharge : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe 



•  Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
•  Clique sur 'Continue' à l'écran Disclaimer.
•  Si l'outil Hijackthis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
•  Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports.
( C:\RSIT\log.txt et C:\RSIT\info.txt )
•  CTRL A pour sélectionner tout, CTRL C pour copier et puis CTRL V pour coller

Télécharge Usbfix.exe.(de Chiquitine29 et C_XX) sur ton Bureau 
• Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut 
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur mp3 etc...) sans les ouvrir 
• Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau 
• Au menu principal, choisis l'option 1 (recherche) 
• Un rapport USBFix.txt apparaitra à la fin, poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp.
 (Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl+Alt+Suppr, Onglet "Fichier", "Nouvelle tâche", tape explorer.exe et valide)

•	. Brancher les sources de données externes au PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, carte SD, etc...) sans les ouvrir. 
•	Double-cliquer sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur le Bureau.
•	(Sous Vista, il faut cliquer sur le raccourci UsbFix et choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur") 
•	Choisir l'option 2 (Suppression). 
•	Le Bureau disparaîtra et le PC redémarrera. 
•	Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera le PC, laisser travailler l'outil. 
•	Ensuite, poster le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le Bureau si vous avez créé un sujet
•	Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\UsbFix.txt).

•	Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 
•	(NB : S'il te manque"COMCTL32.OCX" lors de l'installe, alors télécharge le ici : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-aboutbuster/
•	A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
•	Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
•	Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
•	Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
•	A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
•	Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
•	Enregistre le rapport
•	S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
•	Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici
•	Si tu as besoin d’aide regarde ce tutorial

Comment se comporte ton pc?

Je viens de redémarrer et malheureusement cela ne change rien. Chargement de windows hyper long, musique au démarrage saccadée, démarrage des programmes hyper lents.

Après 3 jours d'investigation non stop, j'avoue que je suis découragé.

J'ai remarqué qu'il y avait 4 processus svchost.exe en même temps, dont un qui prend près de 25Mo. Est ce normal ?

Je viens juste de redémarrer. Avant le redémarrage il me semble que cela allait beaucoup mieux en terme de performance. 
Malheureusement, même symptomes après le redémarrage. Toujours aussi lent.

Tu feras une détection de ta config, autorise le plug-in; 

Il te proposeras des drivers si les tiens ne sont pas à jour ou que tu n'en as pas ;)

J'ai effectué la détection de ma config et updaté les drivers disponibles. Rien à faire c'est toujours la même chose.

Comment se fait-il qu'après avoir fait "fixed checked" dans hijackthis, cela fonctionnait mieux et qu'après le redémarrage cela a recommancé à ralentir ?

Comment se fait-il qu'après avoir fait "fixed checked" dans hijackthis, cela fonctionnait mieux et qu'après le redémarrage cela a recommencé à ralentir ?Les éléments retirés sont des processus inutiles au systèmes .Par conséquent je ne vois pas le lien avec le ralentissement de ton pc.
Ont va procéder a une restauration des éléments retirés par hijackthis.
Ouvre hijackthis.
Clic sur"View the list of backups".
Clic su l'onglet"backups".
Coches tous les éléments supprimés précédemment.
Clic sur "restore"

C'est fait. Cela ne change rien.

Est ce qu'il ne faudrait pas retirer tous les processus inutiles au système? N'y aurait-il pas un ou plusieurs processus qui ralentissent le système ?

A ton avis est ce qu'il serait possible qu'un virus soit passé au travers de toutes les analyses effectuées ?

Fait "CTRL+ALT+SUPPr"
Ton gestionnaire des taches doit s'ouvrir.regarde s'il n'y a pas un processus qui tourne a donf.Si oui note le.

Non j'ai juste un svchost.exe à 25 Mo, un searchindexer.exe à 32 Mo et un RTHDCPL.EXE à 14 Mo.

Parfois j'ai l'UC qui monte à 100% sans rien faire

Ont peut écarter l'infection .Perso je pense a un problème matériel.Expose ton probléme ici.Tu trouveras certainement une personne beaucoup plus compétente qui te guideras pour la résolution de ton probléme.
