Problème de launcher

Bonjour,

Mon probleme est le suivant : suite à l'installation d'un .exe de chez NCsoft (un launcher parmettant le telechargement de leur jeu en ligne à la meme maniere que steam pour les jeux valves et EA) je n'arrive toujours pas à démarrer le logiciel.

Lorsque je double-click sur le raccourci pour l'ouvrir, rien ne se passe a première vu mais je me suis appercu qu'un fichier apparait dans c:\program files\ncsoft\launcher qui se nomme automatiquement NCApplicationLog.log au premier double click, NCApplicationLog000.log au deuxieme, NCApplicationLog001.log au troisieme ,etc... et un nouveau fichier apparait à chaque double click.

Quand j'ouvre ces derniers un bloc note s'ouvre avec ceci :

pouvez vous me renseigner sur l'erreur qui ce produit et comment puis-je faire pour enfin réussir a demarrer le logiciel ? merci

ps: la réinstallation du logiciel n'y change rien, je l'ai fait une bonne quainzaine de fois sans résultat.
