Bonjour,
j'ai reçu hier le spyware sspMydoom. J'ai cherché un peu partout comment le supprimer mais aucune des méthodes ne marche.
J'ai trouuvé sur ce même forum des personnes qui avaient résolu ce problème en rectifiant le log de hijackthis.
Hélas ce log est différent en de nombreux point avec le mien et malgré ce que j'ai supprimé les problèmes persistent toujours:
- about blank comme page d'ouvberture avec l'impossibilité de la changer.
- Impossible d'ouvrir un dossier ou le poste de travail ( ya moyen en ouvrant option internet/ paramètre/voir les fichiers pui remonter en arrière.
- pub a gogo
- Ca lag

Donc voici mon log si quelqu'un aurait le courage de m'aider ce serait cool!

    tu n'as aucun anti-spywares - vu ton log - installe-les TOUS et fait TOUS les scans : hors connexion!! les uns après les autres, ensuite reposte un nouveau log, tu es trop infecté

    Impératif! télécharger Ad-aware.SE/ Spybot.s&d 1.3 (ces 2, tu les garderas, ils sont gratuits d'utilisation)

    salut balltrap, oui sont durs d'oreille et surtout durs avec leur machine, comme si un log hijack n'allait pas dévoiler, les logiciels "non téléchargés" aussi...., naméooo! on la lui fait pas mdrrrr!!

    Panneau de configuration puis dans Système>>onglet Restauration du sytème>>coche la case Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs

    2) affiche les dossiers cachés :
    Clique sur "Démarrer" >> "Panneau de Configuration" >> "Options des Dossiers"
    Clique sur l'onglet "Affichage">> Dans la liste des "Paramètre avancés", sous la rubrique "Fichiers et dossiers cachés">>[!! coche!!] "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés"
    Pour afficher les autres fichiers cachés>>[!!décoche!!] la case "Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation" *

    3) passe en mode sans échec     :
    donne des impulsions rapides dès l'allumage de ton ordi sur la touche F8 ou F5

    4) recherche et supprime /explorateur windows/déplie (+)
    C:\ou/WINDOWS\ou/SYSTEM32\supprime xxxxxx.exe

    5) redémarre en mode normal - vide ton cache internet (options internet : supprimer les cookies/supprimer les fichiers temps) + vide la corbeille et effectue un nettoyage de disque>programmes>accessoires>outils système>nettoyage de disque : clique OK (pour tout)

    6) réactive ta restauration système

    Pour le log :
    *ferme TOUS les programmes
    *fixe les lignes trouvées dans l'hijack
    *ferme l'hijack
    *reboot ton ordi
    *nettoie le cache internet (options internet : supprimer cookies et fichiers temp) vide ta corbeille (refait la manip après les suppressions)
    *effectue un nettoyage de disque (idem refait la manip après les suppressions)(démarrer/program./accessoires/outils système/répondre OK à TOUT)

    Par contre de toute la liste de programmes à arrêter je n'en avait aucun. De plus celui ci ds hijack reste:

    cette ligne qui bugue parfois sur certains systèmes (en général 2000 et ME) a été revu par les concepteurs de l'hijack
    ce qui se dit sur Zebulon

    Notez que la correction d'un élément O23 arrêtera seulement le service et le désactivera. Le service nécessitera d'être supprimé de la base de registre manuellement ou à l'aide d'un autre outil. Dans HijackThis 1.99.1 ou plus récente, le bouton 'Delete NT Service' de la section 'Misc Tools' peut être utilisé pour cela.
