Flash game backup

Hello everyone
in some Flash games like S.M.O. Arena Fighter (on zebest 3000), it is possible to save (it's actually automatic) the ongoing game.
I would like to know if it is possible to export the file where the current game is saved to resume it on another PC.
If anyone knows, thank you very much!!!
Configuration: Windows XP with Firefox or Chrome as browser

    It is a "flash cookie" from Macromedia Flash Player with the .sol extension

    For XP

    C:\Documents and Settings\[YourComputerName]\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\SSAGAFY8\files.zebest-3000.com\278374\1510\1510.swf\[PlayerName].sol

    yes it's possible you go to my documents and there you will find a folder that is usually named after the company that founded your game....
    and there is a folder named "save"
    that's where the saves are
