    Hello sweetie
    With a photo editing software
    With PhotoFiltre (free version for example)
    Open the photo and select with the ellipse tool. To have a perfect circle, hold down the Shift key
    >Image >Crop
    Or with Paint
    open your photo with Paint, use the "ellipse" selection tool while holding down the Shift key and select
    Edit > Copy or Ctrl+C
    Close your image
    Paint > File > New
    Edit > Paste or Ctrl+V
    Edited message: Don't pay attention to Paint you can only perform this action with a free or rectangular selection. Sorry for my mistake
