How to type a cedilla on a QWERTY keyboard

Hello, on my laptop, I have a German QWERTY keyboard that poses no problems for writing in French as well.
The only issue is the cedilla that I would like to find right away and assign it to a key, macro, etc... What do I know?
How can I do that? Thank you.

the question is which QWERTY?

otherwise use an ASCII table, the cedilla does not exist but the c with cedilla does -> 'ç'

the ASCII code for 'ç' is -> 135

you hold down the ALTernate key and keep your finger on it while typing on the numeric keypad 135 then release the ALT key and the 'ç' will appear on your screen
this holds true for all ASCII codes

Thank you, a thousand thanks for this advice! I use a Finnish QWERTY keyboard, and of course, there are no cedillas on it! Thanks to you, I can once again write French correctly!

Thanks again!
