Bonjour à vous

Quand j'ai allumé mon pc j'ai était bombardé d'alerte d'antivir, j'ai tout mis en quarentaine mais ça revient à chaque foi! Le plus gros problème c'est qu'un ecran bleu apparait au bout de quelques minutes, je n'ai pas le temps de lire ce qu'il y a d'ecrit que l'ordinateur s'eteint!
J'ai essayé le mode sans echec mais pareil l'ordi s'eteint avant que je n'ai le temps de scanner mon systeme! ( pas d'ecran bleu en mode sans echec)
Je suis perdu, j'ai besoin de vous!

Personne ne peux m'aider?

Je vient d'utiliser skybot, il a trouvé neuf problème mais n'a pas pu tous les corriger et les problèmes persistent....

Salut,

Patience, il est un peu tôt pour trouver helper ;).

Donc revenons à nos moutons.

Tout d'abord pour éviter les redémarrages intempestifs fais ceci :

Ouvres le menu démarrer > Executer > et tapes shutdown -a (respectes bien l'espace !)

Ensuite :

- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ce lien :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

Tu le sauvegarderas sur ton bureau.

- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.

- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

- Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

Note : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit.

Tout d'abord merci beaucoup pour le shutdown -a, j'ai passer une partie de la nuit a essayer de résoudre le problème et c'est beaucoup moins stressant quand le pc ne s'eteint pas toutes les 5 minutes ;)

en ce qui concerne la commande shutdown -a , faut il la refaire à chaque foi qu'on allume le pc?

Salut,

Non, pour le shutdown c'est définitif :)

Sinon tu es pas mal infectée ;)

Donc :


---> Télécharge [url=http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe]Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)[/url] sur ton Bureau.
---> Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
---> Dans l'onglet Mise à jour, clique sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour : si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter à Internet, accepte.
---> Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet Recherche.
---> Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet.
---> Clique sur Rechercher. L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.

A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :

L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.

---> Clique sur OK pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
---> Ferme tes navigateurs.
Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
---> Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre infectés et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
---> MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

J'ai redemarer mon pc tout à l'heure et il m'aq refait le coup de s'eteindre avec l'ecran plus alors que j'avais bien mis le shutdown -a

J'ai utilisé ce logiciel ( malwarebytes) tout à l'heure en cherchant dans le partie astuce du site mais je n'avais pas fait la mise à jour, j'ai eu ça comme rapport:

Après ton analyse MBAM que tu vas reposter, tu pourras en même temps me refaire un RSIT, mais après avoir passé malwaresbytes.

woo l'ecran bleu est revenu mais comme il peut plus faire redemarer le pc , je suis rester bloqué dessus :/
J'ai voulu faire de la place sur mon pc hier, et supprimer la mise en veille prolongé ainsi que les dossier d'instalation de Service Pack 1. Je me demande si ça peux pas avoir un rapport, j'ai l'impression que je peux pas rester sur un programme trop longtemps, par exemple j'ai essayé avec les sims, l'ecran bleu apparé toujours en moins d'un minute :/

Je voulais juste ajouter qu'il me semblait que windows créaient automatiquement des points de restauration du lecteur c ( la case est coché, je crois même les avoir vu il y a quelques jours) et là il n'y a plus rien, aucun point n'existe :( Je ne sais plus quoi faire...

Désolé pour le retard ;), Il reste des infections, donc tant qu'on a pas tout éradiqué, le problème de ton ecran bleu risque de persister ;)

Oui windows se mets à jour tout seul régulièrement!

Contente que comboscan est bien fonctionné, il m'a fait peur celui là avec toutes les mises en gardes ^^

C'est tout à fait normal, comboscan, entre de mauvaises mains = Plantage ordi et utilisation alors impossible de l'ordi, donc c'est pas du gato :D.

Revenons à nos moutons, il reste encore des infections ;) :

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié dans C:\. Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
• Redémarre ton ordinateur
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
• Choisis ton compte.
Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le scrïpt.
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du scrïpt et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

je ne sais pas ce qui ce passe, mai simpossible d'ouvrir RunThis en mode sans echec, j'ai beau double cliquer ou l'executer en tant qu'administrateur, la console de commande s'ouvre quelques fractions de seconde puis plus rien.... J'ai essayer plusieurs foi, redemarré, réinstalé,rien n'y fait :/

As-tu essayer ces 2 solutions ?

As-tu essayé en faisant ces deux choses ? :
1)- Désactiver le UAC « contrôle des comptes utilisateurs » (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

• C'est-à-dire: (Vas dans "démarrer" puis "panneau de configuration".
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide).
Toujours redémarrer le PC pour que ce soit effectif.
2)- Faire "clic-droit" aux lieu et place de "double-clic" dans la procédure, suivi de clic sur "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" dans le petit menu contextuel.


Si non, fais les, rebootes ton PC dans un 1er temps, puis tu le reboot en mode sans échec et tu exécutes SDFIX en tant qu'administrateur

Bonjour!

Oui j'avais déjà essayer " executer en tant qu'administrateur" et je viens de faire l'autre mais ça ne change rien...

J'ai fait quelques recherche sur le net pour voir d'où pouvait venir le problèm eet apparement SDFix n'est pas compatible avec vista :/

On va faire autrement :

Supprimes manuellement ces fichiers et QUE ces fichiers :

C:\Windows\system32\msupdte.exe
C:\Windows\PEV.exe

Puis tu me reposteras, un RSIT, SEULEMENT, si tu as réussi à supprimer ces fichiers.

Voilà !
