plus de connection wifi Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
Apré avoir reçu plusieurs avertissements de mon anti-virus avast, cheval de troie dans mes fichiers "Temp/clamav." , et ceci à plusieurs reprises au démarrage de ma session, il m'est maintenant impossible de me connecter à internet par wifi.
J'ai pourtant à chaque fois mis en quarantaine ou supprimer le fichier, qu peut m'expliquer ce qu'est ce type de fichiers, et surtout comment les supprimer définitivement et retrouver ma connection wifi?

Télécharge sur ton bureau DSS (ex Comboscan) de Deckard:

(choisis enregistrer, puis Bureau comme emplacement)

http://deckard.geekstogo.com/dss.exe

Ferme toutes les applications en cours.

Double-clic sur comboscan.exe pour lancer l'outil.

Une fenêtre s'ouvre, invitant à fermer toutes les applications, clique sur OK.

A la fin de l'analyse, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur OK.

Le rapport Comboscan.txt va s'afficher, copie le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Si un rapport complémentaire a été créé, poste le aussi dans ta réponse.

ok je viens de voir cela poste un RSIT, désolé pour le lien 

Télécharge ici : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

tu utilise quoi comme anti-virus car la il y a avast et norton si tu ne l'utilise plus désinstalles le avec cet outil http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/INTER/tsgeninfointl.nsf/fr_docid/20050414110429924

et puis tu passeras usbfix option 1 tu postes le rapport tu fais l'option 2, tu postes le rapport , tu le désinstalleras , tu feras otmoveit tu postes le rapport et puis tu passeras malwarebytes tu postes le rapport suivi d'un nouveau rsit pour contrôler tout cela , Merci, je regarderais demain soir car la dodo boulot dans 8h

• Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. 
          Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. 
          Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

• Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

• Laisse travailler l outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en GRAS entre les deux traits ici-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".

Clique sur "Exit" pour fermer.

Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles sous le nom xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.log .

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.



3) passes malwarebytes


Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/

. sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
. enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation  de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes
. Il va se mettre à jour une fois faite
. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes  Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :
 L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés)
  
. cliques sur Supprimer la sélection
 
. Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. redemarre le pc
. une fois redémarré double-cliques sur malwarebytes

ouh la la, ça commance mal, alors le 1ere manoeuvre, UsbFix, ça ne fonctionne pas et note accés refusé, avec OTMoveIt3, une fois cliqué sur MoveIt et les résultats affichés, tout mon bureau disparait et mon ordi est bloqué!
en plus le fichier C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles sous le nom xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.log . n'existe pas. Snif!
PS: le message de cheval de troie est là à chaque démarrage

. rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes  Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :
 L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés)
  
. cliques sur Supprimer la sélection
 
. Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. redemarre le pc
. une fois redémarré double-cliques sur malwarebytes
. rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log

donc tu le relances avec un clique droit et en tant que administrateur , tu posteras le rapport , tu le désinstallera et tu posteras un dss " le nouveau lien fonctionnait hier "" 

pour usbfix

 (!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir


• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

• choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

• Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi "éxécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

• Choisis l'option 5 ( Désinstaller ) ....



postes un DSS

Télécharge sur ton bureau DSS (ex Comboscan) de Deckard:

(choisis enregistrer, puis Bureau comme emplacement)

Ferme toutes les applications en cours.

Double-clic sur comboscan.exe pour lancer l'outil.

Une fenêtre s'ouvre, invitant à fermer toutes les applications, clique sur OK.

A la fin de l'analyse, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur OK.

Le rapport Comboscan.txt va s'afficher, copie le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Si un rapport complémentaire a été créé, poste le aussi dans ta réponse.

bonjour , tu m'as mis une deuxième fois le rapport de usbfix option 2 pour DSS désolé mais depuis le changement du lien de téléchargement je ne l'ai pas retester et je viens de le faire il suffit de suivre cela: 

Télécharge DDS de sUBs sur ton bureau.
L'outil ne nécessite pas d'installation.

Lance-le en cliquant sur l'icône dds.scr
Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.
Un premier rapport va s'ouvrir que tu enregistreras sous DDS.txt par défaut sur le bureau.
Il te sera demandé si tu veux faire le scan optionnel.
Accepte par Oui
Un nouveau rapport s'ouvre que tu enregistres sous Attach.txt sur le bureau.
Tu ne le fourniras que si nécessaire.
Poste le rapport DDS.txt

bonjour, as tu retrouvé ta connection wifi ?? 
tu vas faire ce qui suit , tu dois avoir encore otmoveit sur ton pc sinon tu le retélécharge et tu le fais avec cela et puis tu passeras ccleaner et tu vois pour ton wifi

1)Télécharge OTM de OldTimer sur ton Bureau en cliquant sur ce lien :

Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre "Results".

Clique sur "Exit" pour fermer.

Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles sous le nom xxxxxx_xxxxxxxxxx.log .

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

.double-cliques sur le fichier pour lancer l'installation
.sur la fenêtre de l'installation langage bien choisir français et OK
.cliques sur suivant
.lis la licence et j'accepte
.cliques sur suivant
.la tu ne gardes de coché que mettre un raccourci sur le bureau et puis contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de Ccleaner
.cliques sur intaller
.cliques sur fermer
.double-cliques sur l'icône de Ccleaner pour l'ouvrir
.une fois ouvert tu cliques sur option et puis avancé
.tu décoches effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures
.cliques sur nettoyeur
.cliques sur windows et dans la colonne avancé
.cochesla première case vieilles données du perfetch que celle-la ce qui te donnes la case vielles données du perfetch et la case avancé qui c'est coché automatiquement mais que celle-la
.cliques sur analyse une fois l'analyse terminé
.cliques sur lancer le nettoyage et sur la demande de confirmation OK il vas falloir que tu le refasses une autre fois une fois fini vériffis en appuiant de nouveau sur analyse pour être sur qu'il n'y est plus rien
.cliques maintenant sur registre et puis sur rechercher les erreurs
.laisses tout cochées et cliques sur réparrer les erreurs sélectionnées
.il te demande de sauvegarder OUI
.tu lui donnes un nom pour pouvoir la retrouver et enregistre
.cliques sur corriger toutes les erreurs sélectionnées et sur la demande de confirmation OK
.il supprime et fermer tu vériffis en relancant  rechercher les erreurs
.tu retournes dans option et tu recoches la case effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de windows plus vieux que 48 heures et sur nettoyeur, windows sous avancé  tu décoches la première case vieilles données du perfetch
.tu peux fermer Ccleaner

Oui j'ai enfin retrouvé ma connection wifi, mais à chaque fois que je démarre mon ordi, j'ai un message d'incident d'avast qui m'informe de la présence d'un cheval de troie à supprimer ou mettre en quarantaine, que je fasse l'un ou l'autre, je le retrouve au démarrage d'aprés.

tu fais ce qui est demander dans le message 22 et puis  pour ton problème tu fais comme expliqué.
normalement ccleaner nettoie les dossier temp

ok il te le donne dans un dossier temp  je te conseillerais de le vider manuellement en mode sans echec, une fois démarré en mode sans echec tu suis le chemin et une fois le dossier temp ouvert tu cliques sur édition , tous sélectionner, et puis tu appuis sur la touche "del" ou  " suppr"  bref la touche supprimer de ton clavier tu valides la confirmation et normalement après redémarrage tu devrais être tranquille 

pour redémarrer en mode sans échec : /!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\ 
 
(attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copies ou imprimes bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ...)

.Cliques sur Démarrer
.Cliques sur Arrêter
.Sélectionnes Redémarrer et au redémarrage
.Appuis sur la touche F8 ou F5 celon les marques de pc sans discontinuer "1 appuis seconde" dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît puis disparaît
.Utilises les touches de direction pour sélectionner mode sans échec
.puis appuis sur ENTRÉE
.Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre
une fois démarré ne t'inquiette pas si les couleurs et les icônes ne sont pas comme d'abitude

tu vides le dossier temp complettement il n'y aucun problème c'est un dossier temporaire et les choses utiles elles se retéléchargerons dedans dés que tu iras sur les sites liés
pour le vider une fois le dossier temp ouvert tu vas sur édition, et puis sélectionner tous, et puis tu cliques sur la touche supprimer  de ton clavier tu confirmes , une fois vider tu fermes tous cela et tu redémarres le pc et normalement c'est bon

bonjour as tu fais ce qui était dans le message 22 avec OTM car je n'ai pas le rapport pour savoir si il a ou pas supprimé ce que je lui demandais, vérifis dans ajout/suppression des programmes si tu n'as pas un truc du nom de clamav  quand tu cherche sur google tu trouves qu'il s'agit d'un anti-virus

ok as tu passer ccleaner comme demandé sans le message 22 et puis as tu vériffié si tu le trouvais dans le dossier comme expliquédans le message 29, et cette merde de avast te le signale t'il toujours , perso je te conseillerais de le virer et de mettre un autre gartuit plus performant et en français aussi

oui j'ai tout fait comme tu m'as dit mais quand je l'efface en mode sans echec, lorsque je rdémarre l'ordi j'ai le même message! qu'est-ce que tu me conseille comme anti-virus à installer, mais facile à comprendre parce que comme t'as pu voir suis pas bien douée pour comprendre!

Télécharge OTM de OldTimer sur ton Bureau en cliquant sur ce lien :

Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.Si tu utilises Vista, fais un clic droit sur le fichier puis choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur

Vérifie que la case devant "Unregister Dll's and Ocx's est bien cochée.

Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras ci-dessous,

et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt : "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Clique sur "MoveIt!" pour lancer la suppression.

Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le pc pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.

• Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
 
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] . 

• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée] 

. Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ... 

--> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...

ok désolé je t'ai mis la procédure pour xp et tu es sous vista ,  désolé de cette erreur il fallais déactiver , l' UAC et si problème clique droit et en tant que administrateur

 Désactivez le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs avant utilisation de cet outil: 

• Allez dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. 
• Double Cliquez sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur "Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs".  
• Décochez la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.

ok pour désinstaller findykill tu fais option 5 désolé je t'avais mis option 3 tu peux la faire cela te vaccineras tes disque dur et amovible connecté et les protègera des infections , tu posteras un nouveau RSIT je regarderais demain la dodo
