XP ne démarre plus: (windows failed to start)

Bonjour,

Aujourd'hui, j'allume mon ordinateur et...XP ne démarre plus.
voici le message d'erreur qui s'affiche:

malheureusement, je n'ai pas le cd d'installation de xp...
donc pas question de formater non plus...
notons que la dernière fois que ca marchait,xp a fait une mise a jour.
sachant que ma mère revient a 8h, j'espère trouver une solution rapidement! (lol).
donc je compte sur vous !
