Hello,
I am using Microsoft Photo 2006 Suite Edition (on Vista) and I am encountering a problem
Indeed, when I upload photos to my computer, they appear normally in my images folder but they do not show up in the Microsoft Photos album. Well, they do, but as gray thumbnails with the photo number, size, date... If I want to know what they correspond to, I have to preview each one (and that for every photo)
Is there a solution to remedy this problem?
Maybe someone has encountered this issue and managed to resolve it, awaiting response

Hello
You wrote over a year ago this
I have exactly the same issue
Have you been able to solve this problem?
Thank you for your potential response

Hello,
If there hasn't been a response in a year, it may be that there is more of an inherent problem with Vista than purely related to images and graphics, or there is no known solution. Display defects are often due to faults or failures in the OS or hardware, and that's not really the focus of this forum; here we deal with images per se, software, montages, etc., but operating system issues are not our specialty when it comes to hardware.... :-((

Thank you Luke for your response
I had however forgotten to mention that as far as I'm concerned I was running
WINDOWS XP Home Edition.
I just read elsewhere that this software had issues with Vista.
I don't understand why, being in the same configuration since I purchased this software, this issue suddenly appears and seems to have no solution
Thank you for your interest in my question

I am using Microsoft Photo 2006 Suite Edition software (on Vista) and I am encountering a problem
My son finds the ways of Vista and these all-in-one software programs inscrutable.
I currently have one Seven and two XPs and I find that nothing beats the human touch for organizing and sorting tasks; when I say the human touch, of course, I mainly mean the index finger and the mouse. There are plenty of Live this and Live that on my PC, but they have never been useful; there are fewer problems with third-party free software.... :-((
