Hello, I have a networked printer at home, and to add it to another computer that is not in the same room, they are asking me for the URL or the name of my workgroup. How can I find this information?
Best regards
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

In fact, it is on a home network in my office where there are two computers connected, and I would like to add a computer that is in another house, but I can't manage to do it.

If it is connectable via Wi-Fi, you should have a menu directly on the printer, something like "network settings" or something like that, which allows you either to view the settings or to print them.
In both cases, it should give you the IP address of your printer.

However, depending on your printer, you will likely need to insert the installation CD... and often by putting in the installation CD, the PC will directly find the printer via Wi-Fi.

Is she already connected to a computer on the network?
By what means? (USB cable, network/wifi connection...)

Do you have an installation CD that came with it?
