Infection virus, avast bloqué, internet coupé

Bonjour,
je viens de me prendre un virus pas tres agreable.

Il m a tout d abord eteint l ordi, fermé avast

je peux plus lancer internet, ni lancer avast ou ccleaner.
jai voulu faire une restauration du systeme d il y a deux jours et ca a pas marché.

la jai démarré en mode sans echec pour lancé combofix avec cette config txt

Je tourne sur Vista, jai un packard bell 4Go, double coeu T7500, je sais plus le modele

La il a redémarré, et il cherche les fichier effectés
