Supprimer lauchpad.zip

Bonjour,

Je voudrais supprimer le lauchpad.zip en lecture seule
qui se trouve dans ma clé USB
depuis l'utilisation de Flash Disinfector
Je le trouve suspect.
Ma clé ne s'ouvre plus comme avant
et m^me ne s'ouvre plus du tout sur certains appareils.
Ci joint un rapport récent de désinfection avec USBFix.
