CanalSat and Canal+ reception issues

Hello,
I am a Canalsat customer, and I haven't been receiving CanalSat lately in the afternoon.
I only find it in the early evening.
It doesn’t seem to be a satellite dish issue since mine was checked not long ago and until now, I hadn’t really had any problems.
At first, I thought it was due to the heat of these last few days. Indeed, for example, today it’s about 30°C and suddenly there are no images or sound: "signal reception problem," my decoder informs me ...
Do you know more about it?
Thank you in advance.

I've changed my old decoder last week and since then I have a reception problem (only in the evening and morning). Everything worked with my old decoder before.

I have the same problem and no one is giving me a solution. If you have found one, could you please share it with me? Thank you in advance.

+1 I called in an antenna technician who doesn't understand. Sometimes, all it takes is to unplug the decoder for 24 hours for it to start working again.

I also have this issue; when I unplug the decoder for a few hours, it works again. But it's really annoying! Has anyone found a lasting solution? Because if unplugging the decoder allows the signal to be picked up, it means that the antenna is not the problem.

A technician who can't find the fault on a simple Astra satellite installation, surprising!

Effect of heat = frequency deviation of the LNB head, or a confined terminal that overheats, or a problematic terminal: replace it

More rarely, power drops from the EDF network... or a poorly connected cable (expansion due to heat/cold)

I've already changed the decoder and the dish. It worked again for 3 days and then I had the same issue again.

And now Tulio, have you found a solution? Because I've been dealing with this for several weeks and I don't know what to do (apart from unplugging the decoder for several hours, which is very inconvenient for the scheduled recordings).

I had the same problem, but it was due to a tree in front that was blocking the signals, so we removed it and it worked.

It's not due to the weather; my satellite dish has been installed on my roof for 10 years, except during heavy rain. Try calling Canal+ or Canal Sat.

There is definitely a link with the heat, because it happens as soon as it gets hot.
In winter, there are no problems, but as soon as the outside temperatures reach and exceed 20°C, it starts again.
And this has been the case for almost 2 years.

And Canal doesn't tell me anything at all =S
