Is the subscriber number the same as the Canal+ contract number?

Hello,
here is my problem, if you could help me it would be really nice, I have a subscription with Canal Plus that I want to cancel but the issue is that I only know my customer number and not the contract number that I lost. I would simply like to know if it is the same since I don't receive the magazine, thank you for your responses!

    Hi, to cancel your contract you only need your subscriber number, which you can find on the card you insert into your decoder.
