Bonjour,
s'il vous plait j'ai une requete à vous demander.Si c'est possible de m'aider à savoir comment enlever un virus avec le logiciel "HijackThis".

Hijackthis ne supprime pas les infections .
Après analyse du rapport on pourra surement les supprimer mais avec d'autre Log.

Alors télécharge ToolBar SD ( de Eric_71 )
Ensuite désactive l'UAC voilà comment faire
!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la manipulation !!
* double-cliques sur l'.exe pour lancer l'installe et laisses toi guider ...Sous Vista : clic droit -> Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
* Une fois fait, cliques sur le raccourci créé sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
* Choisis l'option 1 ( « recherche ») et tapes « entrée » .
* Une fois le scan finit, un rapport va apparaître, copie/colles l'intégralité de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse ...
(Le rapport est en outre sauvegardé ici -> C:\TB.txt )

d'accrod merci on reste en contact. mais euuh pour la reponse 2 je crois que jai un virus car:
1er:j'ai des certaines couleurs qui apparaissent sur l'écran juste comme ca.
2eme:j'ai fait une analyse avec kaspersky et il a détecté plusieurs choses mais jpeu pas le nettoyer je ne sais pas pourquoi. :s

Ensuite télécharge GenProc
Dézippez le dossier GenProc.zip
Ouvrez le dossier GenProc, et double-cliquez sur le fichier GenProc.bat
Laissez vous guider par l'outil, quand la recherche sera finie, une fenêtre s'affichera et le rapport s'ouvrira
ensuite poster ce rapport
Ensuite télécharge GenProc
Dézippez le dossier GenProc.zip
Ouvrez le dossier GenProc, et double-cliquez sur le fichier GenProc.bat
Laissez vous guider par l'outil, quand la recherche sera finie, une fenêtre s'affichera et le rapport s'ouvrira
ensuite poster ce rapport
