Hello.

The billing address is yours, so it's not an issue; it means you will be the one receiving the invoice.

You just need to provide the documents they ask for, which means those from your sister if necessary, and yours while specifying the documents belonging to the Cdiscount account and noting the documents from your sister who made the payment. After that, you can pay with any bank card.

Otherwise, you can probably change the billing address if it is a problem.

Or cancel the package shipment, to be confirmed with the deadlines.

It's best if you call customer service with your sister and explain the issue, and they will sort it out.......

If you could forward me the email they sent you regarding the documents they are asking for, it would help?

copy of an ID (front and back)
and canceled check or bank statement or equivalent for foreign countries: IBAN, corresponding to the billing details appearing in the order form.
If the order is placed for a company:
add a copy of a K-bis extract from less than 3 months ago preferably.
If the order is placed for an association:
add a copy of the first page of the statutes identifying the association.

I'm here to tell BOTANIQUEMAN not to send any papers in my sister's name because I received an email from Cdiscount this time (and not from FIA-NET) explaining that if they want these documents, it's to verify that the credit card belongs to me!

Hello, yes the problem is that you put your name on the billing address, so the best thing to do is to call them with your sister to explain the issue and they will find a solution...

At worst, you can cancel the order for a refund...

The problem is that I can't cancel the order anymore (unless I haven't found where)

So I'm going to have to call them!

By the way, I found their non-premium rate number, but do you know their hours? Finally, will they be there tomorrow (holiday) or Friday (maybe they're taking a long weekend) or even Saturday (you never know :o) )?
