Problème ordinateur
Bonjour,
j'ai depuis un certain temps de nombreux problèmes avec mon ordinateur. En effet il met 5 minutes pour fermer la session et s'éteindre, il rame comme jamais et en plus internet (tous navigateurs confondus) ne veut plus afficher les pages internet au bout d'un moment, m'obligeant à redémarrer mon ordi. Avast, Malwarebytes, Spybot, ne trouvent rien. Que devrais-je faire s'il-vous-plait?

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !
Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .
-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .
* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months
* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...
-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...
Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).
Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...
Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

Pour gagner quelques secondes, quand tu démarres ton ordinateur et quand tu l'éteints, suis ce très bon tutoriel fait par Baptiste Wicht.

Je pense que oui, essais et dis nous si tu rencontres des problèmes.

Pardon de cette longue absence mais je n'avais pas la possibilité de surfer pendant un moment. Le PC est toujours aussi long (même du lag sur les vidéo alors qu'elles sont chargées) pour s'éteindre et autres, il chauffe toujours beaucoup et internet ne veux pas afficher à partir d'un certain moment. J'ai encore refait des scans (Spyware search and destroy; Avast; Malwarebytes) mais cela me dit que tout est OK. Que me conseillez-vous s'il vous plaît?

Désolée de squatter ce sujet, je ne sais pas comment ni ou expliquer mon problème. Quand je créé un sujet sur ce forum, il ne s'affiche pas. Ça fait 2 fois que j'essaye. On me dit qu'il a bien été enregistré, mais je ne le trouve pas... Il n'est pas non plus présent dans mes historiques de participation...
Mon premier essaie date de presqu'une heure...
