Hi! This is exactly what I need to do, but I no longer have the Vectorworks software. If you have it, it would help me a lot if you could convert the Vectorworks files to AutoCAD as well.

You need to open the Vectorworks files in the Vectorworks program and then save them in DWG or DXF format.

That way, you can open them in AutoCAD.

Please let me know if you have Vectorworks and if you can do the same for my folders if I send them to you via email... Thank you, Swu.

    Hello,
    thank you for your response.
How do you save in dwg or dxf?

If I manage to do that, I could convert your files.

    Thank you for responding

    Hello,
it might be a bit late but for others
In Vectorworks you go to file / export / dwg dxf ...
another window opens and there you configure the export either: classes, layers, etc ...and what you do with invisible objects.
The rendering is not always great especially if you have to work on AutoCAD afterwards.
But there you go, that's the procedure
    Good luck
