Bonjour,
J' ai une imprimente 3en1 ;quand je l'ai connecté la premiere fois ,tout marchait bien ! elle est detectee ,pilote installé tout va bien MAIS Je ne peut pas numeriser un document ?? Comment faire ?? MERCI d'avence

un problème après l'autre.
Elle doit etre considérée tantot comme une imprimante, tantot comme un scanner, tantot comme un fax. Il te faut donc configurer un à un tout ses appareils comme s'il était indépendant. Pour le scanner, vois avec sane
