Bonjour,
il semblerait que j'ai été infecté par un virus par l'intermédiaire de mes contacts msn ; je n'ai pas ouvert le message qui m'invitait à aller voir des photos. Je poste ici mon rapport hijac v2 . merci par avance de votre aide, dans l'attente je fais une analyse malwares. méla

      Désactive l'UAC

      ▶ Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (de Team IDN) sur ton Bureau

      ▶ Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.

      ▶ Sous Vista : Fais un clic droit sur ToolbarSD et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

      ▶ Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.

      ▶ Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

      ▶ Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

                Bien,
                Pour effacer les traces de kiwie toolbar:

                1) Démarrer, exécuter puis tapez msconfig.

                2) Dans l'onglet démarrage, décochez kiwee toolbar, puis dans l'onglet service décochez kiwee toolbar (s'il existe)

                3) Cliquez sur OK et l'ordinateur redémarrera.

                4) Allez dans Panneau de configuration de Windows, puis Ajout Suppression de Programmes. Cherchez Kiwee Toolbar puis cliquez sur Désinstallez ou Remove.

                5) Démarrer, Exécuter puis tapez regedit. Cliquez sur Edition puis cherchez Kiwee Toolbar. Supprimez tous les entrées en appuyant sur le bouton supprimer.

                Kiwee Toolbar est désinstallé.

                ▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectés (!) sans les ouvrir(!)

                ▶ Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

                ▶ Choisis l'option 1 ( Recherche )

                ▶ Laisse travailler l'outil.

                ▶ Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra.

                ▶ Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

                ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

                Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
                Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
                Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

                    ▶ Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

                    ▶ choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )

                    ▶ Ton bureau disparaîtra et le PC redémarrera .

                    ▶ Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.

                    ---> Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer.

                    ---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

                    ---> Colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précédemment copié dans le cadre Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved.

                    ---> Clique maintenant sur le bouton MoveIt! puis ferme OTMoveIt3.

                    Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer.
                    Accepte en cliquant sur YES.

                    ---> Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles\

                    Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

                    ▶ Télécharge RAV Antivirus (d'Evosla)

                    ▶ Si tu as une clé USB, disque dur externe, etc, branche-les (!) sans les ouvrir avant de lancer ce FIX (!)

                    ▶ Fais un clic droit sur le fichier .ZIP > Extraire sur > le Bureau

                    ▶ Double-clique sur >> RAV.exe << afin de lancer l'outil.

                    ▶ Une fois RAV ANTIVIRUS lancé, laisse-le réagir , il scanne automatiquement tout les lecteurs (disques fixes et amovibles)

                    ▶ Si infection > un log s'établira, sinon le soft affichera (très rapide) ==>Votre Ordinateur est sain .

                    ▶ Retire tes disques amovibles et redémarrez votre ordinateur.

                    ▶ Poste le rapport, si infection!

                    Télécharge MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware

                    ▶ Tu l'installe; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

                    ▶ Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; clic sur l'onglet paramètre, et coche la case : "Arrêter internet explorer pendant la suppression"

                    ▶ Clique maintenant sur l'onglet recherche et coche la case : "exécuter un examen complet".

                    ▶ Puis clic sur "rechercher".

                    ▶ Laisse le scanner le PC...

                    ▶ Si des éléments on été trouvés > clic sur supprimer la sélection.

                    ▶ Si il t´es demandé de redémarrer > clic sur "YES".

                    ▶ A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de manière a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

                    ▶ Copie et colle le rapport S.T.P.

                    Note: les rapport sont aussi rangé dans l'onglet Rapport/Log

                    A la fin, poste un log RSIT, et explique tes soucis.

                  pouvez-vous m'aiguiller, le otmovit je pense que c'est ce que vous m'avez fait faire en réponse 8 mais pour le rav et le rsit, je ne vois pas. ce qu'il se passe c'est qu'en fait, c'est l'ordi d'une amie et j'ai conversé avec vous hier depuis son ordinateur ; elle va essayer de le faire par mon intermédiaire mais si elle n'y arrive pas, je retournerai chez elle demain.
