Pc issue: screen won't turn on

Hello everyone
I have a problem with my second PC
after installing Win 2000 Pro some time ago
my PC was crashing, so I went back to 98
and this evening I got a VIRUS error message
and after restarting my screen doesn't even turn on anymore

could you help me

hi
I'm leaning more towards an installation issue with the screen, reinstall XXXXvga.exe or else reinstall everything (unfortunately, I had the same case a few months ago)
