Hello, I woke up this morning like every morning to play a bit on my PC, but this time when I turned on my PC and started my favorite game (Fortnite).
My PC crashed...
I try to turn it on, it turns on, I log into my session and then it shuts down by itself. After that, I press the Power button and it turns on, then 2 seconds later it shuts down, then turns back on, and then shuts down all of this infinitely. There were blue screens for a moment, then nothing displayed on the screen. If I could get some help, you'd be welcome...

    Hello,

If it happens while using a game, it’s probably not virus-related.
    Clean the graphics card fans.

    Install Speccy.
Provide the CPU (processor) and GPU (graphics card) temperatures when you play a movie.
Also check the hard drive and the SMART data provided by Speccy.
    See Speccy Tutorial for help

and to see what is running:

Follow the FRST tutorial. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).

Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait for the scan to finish, a message will indicate that the analysis is complete.

Three FRST reports will be generated:
    • FRST.txt
    • Shortcut.txt
    • Additional.txt

Send these 3 reports to the website https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ to share them.
In return, provide the 3 pjjoint links leading to the reports here in a new response so that we can review them.

Then reinstall Windows 10 from an installation media.

        Reinstall Windows 10 without formatting:

Follow this tutorial that explains how to install Windows 10: how to install Windows 10.
All the steps are provided from A to Z with tips at the end to secure Windows 10.

        The steps are basically:
If the USB key doesn't work, try making a new one with Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB stick
        • Allow yourself to be guided to install Windows 10.
        • Choose Custom (not Upgrade)
        • During the partition phase, select the main partition and click Next.
        • The installer will inform you that Windows is already present and offer to move it.
        • Follow the Windows installation procedure using the tutorial above.

        Just don't format.

Your user data will be copied into the Windows.old folder.

Once Windows is installed, I recommend following these tips to properly configure and use Windows: Tips after reinstalling Windows.
