bonjour,

J'ai le pb suivant : je suis sur internet et d'un seul coup internet explorer se bloque.
les messages sont les suivant :
impossible d'afficher la page ou ralentissement du PC ou blocage complet du PC ou je veux attacher un fichier à un e-mail et du coup le pc se bloque .......ca me gave !!!

Obliger de tout redémarer et hop tt remarche comme par magie !

j'ai vérifier avec les anti-virus fais un hijack apparement je n'ai aucun virus ma hotline de mon fournisseur Adsl me dit que c'est dut à mon anti virus mais mm en le changeant j'ai le mm pb .

Est ce que qqlun aurai une solution à ce pb !!

Vu ceci tu dois être infectée

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wuampd.exe > tu check ce pgm sinon ZIP puis efface le .exe

* tu charges Sysclean Package là:
http://fr.trendmicro-europe.com/enterprise/support/tsc.php
et le fichier dernière version signatures virus « LTPxxx.ZIP » (xxx représente les chiffres indiquant la version ) là
http://fr.trendmicro-europe.com/enterprise/support/pattern.php
*tu décomprimes le ltpxxx.zip et place le fichier ltp$vpn.xxx dans le même répertoire que Sysclean
* tu redémarres en mode sans échec
*tu lances le scan en cliquant sur sysclean.com et il est créé un fichier sysclean.log dans ce répertoire ;

par ailleurs, je ne sais pas ce que tu veux visiter comme site internet, mais le pgm DON'TSEE est un pgm parental qui contrôle l'accès aux sites internet, donc je peux pas t'aider si tes parents te donne pas la bénédiction,

merci bernie61 je vais essayer les manips.pour don't see c moi qui est installer ce logiciel pour décourager certain visiteur ! je suis majeure et vacciné depuis un moment, il est pas mal fait .

reok bon alors tu dois trouver un fichier HOST qqs part avec une liste à éditer (par notepad par ex) et effacer sans doute certains sites dont tu souhaites avoir l'accèsa+

pcq qu il est en cours d'utilistion
fais Ctrl Alt Del pour accès au gestionnaire de tâche là dans la liste tu dois le trouver tu cliq dessus puis Terminer Process
et ensuite tu pourras l'effacer

si c'était bien un virus généralement il y a + d'un pgm infecté, fais un scan antivirus (après màj)
