Bonjour,
Tout d'abord j"ai un écran bleu qui affiche:irql_nor_less..etc...si un jour il disparaissait, cela m'irait très bien!
Ensuite: un jour mon néro ne fonctionnait plus, mon dvd Shrink et dvd Fab; installés directement par un ami sur mon ordi ne fonctionne plus non plus... impossible de copier plus aucun dvd!!!
J'avais dvdxcopy aussi installé par le même ami mais impossible de l'ouvrir...
j'ai essayé de restaurer, récupérer mes données, je suis même allé le porter..rien a faire...
Alors je me tourne ici en espérant que:
un:on puisse voir si il y aurait pas un truc installé qui empêche mes programmes de gravure de fonctionner.
deux: nettoyer-enlever virus, fichiers inutiles etc..qui prennent de l'espace pour rien..
c possible?

Mais quand au rapport? il n'y a rien a nettoyer-enlever???? pas de truc qui expliquerait la raison qui empêche tous mes logiciels de gravure de fonctionner et qui m'a fait perdre nero et dvdx?
