Problème de connexion internet non détéctée

Bonjour,

Je suis en train d'essayer de nettoyer un pc à distance, et il y a quelques problèmes avec celui ci.
Certaines applications ne reconnaissent pas la connexion internet : windows update, mises à jour de l'antivirus avira antivir premium, installation de la mise à jour de windows live messenger, certaines pages web ne s'affichent (notamment des live.com).
J'ai fait un scan comlet antivir, j'ai executé ccleaner.

Salut,

Le proprio du PC n'avait pas branché son disque dur externe qui était peut etre infecté aussi.
Y a t il des tests à rééffectuer ?

bonjour , tu peux lui faire brancher le dd externe et lui faire passer usbfix tu le trouvera ICI et en allant sur home page usbfix tu aurras les tutoriels pour
